We are John and Sally Ward of Brainerd, MN and the Brainerd-Area EPIC Representatives since 1995.  First, we were customers of EPIC prior to becoming licensed agents. The low, stable rates, friendly courteous service and quick, fair claims processing made it an easy decision for us to become part of the EPIC team. It has been and continues to be a positive, rewarding experience.  We enjoy saving our fellow education employees significant dollars along with meeting their insurance needs.

    Currently, we both teach in the Brainerd School District; we have also spent some of our combined 50 plus years teaching in Northern Minnesota.  John has been very active for over 26 years in coaching, and both of us have held leadership roles in our teacher's union throughout our careers.  We are also active in our community and our church.  Sally graduated from Stillwater High School and John from Proctor High School.  We both earned our undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota, Duluth (UMD).  John finished his graduate work at UMD while Sally completed her graduate studies at St. Cloud State.

    Our four children are also involved in community, athletic and church activities.  The Ward Family enjoys spending time at their summer retreat at Fritz's Resort in Nisswa.
