Rich graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1974 with a degree in Agricultural Education and taught for 10 years in the Fairfax School system. Currently, he is a full time Real Estate Broker for Beltz Real Estate in Fairfax. Rich is a part time EPIC consultant, serving Minnesota Educators for 11 years. Nancy has been a full time EPIC consultant for 8 years and many people recognize Nancy as she visits districts throught the week in southern Minnesota. Nancy has been referred to as "Ms. EPIC" by those who know her well. In fact, her license plates on her vehicle even say 'MS EPIC.' When not visiting schoools, you can reach Nancy at her home office, where she will be more than happy to go the extra mile to assist you with your insurance needs, whether it be for auto, home, boat or recreational vehicles.

Nancy and Rich are quite dedicated, participating in many church activities and are well respected as members of numerous school and community boards.
